1. Overview
YimmiT is a commercial brand (doing business as) of Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C. (the "Company"), a company incorporated in Peru. All services are provided by Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C. under the YimmiT brand.
2. Regulatory Status
Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C. operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in Peru. YimmiT-branded services related to digital assets are offered as part of the Company's technology platform and are not subject to a specific licensing regime in Peru. Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C. is not a bank, and digital asset services are not licensed, regulated, or supervised by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP.
3. Scope of Services
Under the YimmiT brand, Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C. provides: digital asset custody and management services; transfer and conversion of supported digital assets; and platform features related to digital asset use and management. These services are provided as technology and infrastructure services and do not constitute deposit-taking, banking services, or investment advisory or portfolio management.
4. Compliance Framework
All YimmiT services operate under the compliance framework of Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C. This includes Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, customer due diligence and risk classification, transaction monitoring and internal controls, sanctions screening against international watchlists, and internal escalation and reporting procedures. Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C. operates in alignment with guidance from the Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera del Perú.
5. Separation of Regulatory Treatment
Users acknowledge that digital asset services offered under the YimmiT brand are distinct from any other financial services provided by Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C., digital asset activities may not be subject to the same regulatory protections as traditional financial services, and no representation is made that digital asset services are licensed or regulated financial activities.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C. may engage third-party providers to support YimmiT services, including infrastructure and technology providers, liquidity and execution providers, and compliance and identity verification services.
7. Regulatory Changes
Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C. may modify or restrict YimmiT services in response to changes in applicable laws or regulations, regulatory guidance or enforcement actions, and internal risk management considerations.
